WHO WE ARE

Adventis Incorporated is a commercial call center that has been in business in for over 10 years. Our newly renovated facilities are located in beautiful Downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Our company is comprised of nearly 50 individuals with backgrounds ranging from sales and customer service to IT and management.

We provide inbound and outbound call services to companies in need of a robust and skilled set of individuals. By using the latest VoIP telephony and customized data entry applications, we can provide a variety of services to meet our clients’ specific needs.

Being a mid-size company, enables us to achieve a high degree of quality assurance while maintaining an open dialogue with all employees. We encourage all of our employees to provide feedback on how we, as a company, may improve our methods. In addition, we provide an on-going structure of improving their individual skills.
